    Elise and Coralie's blog

    Hi, it's Élise and Coralie ! ;)

Let's go for a new day in London ! What an amazing city ! After visiting the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, we went to the Tower of London. At the Tower of London, we visited the white tower : it's big and beautiful !!! We went to the room where the royal mint was, where they manufactured coins. Before, the Tower of London was a forteress, a prison, then it became a zoo. King Jean II of France, Henry VI and Jane Grey were imprisoned there. We were terrified but now it's a museum. After we learnt the tower was built in 1070 by William the Conqueror. It's old ! We went to Wakefield Tower to see the torture chambers. In front of it, there were Yeomen Wardens, guards in black and red. We saw the crown jewels: swords, arms, crowns... that was splendid !!! It was a very good day! Bye bye everybody! :)

Hi, how are you ? We are fine and we are going to tell you what we saw in the Natural History Museum of London. On Monday afternoon, we went to the Natural History Museum of London. We saw a gigantic skeleton of a diplodocus, it lived 150 millions years ago. Above the entrance, we saw an enormous slice of one of the biggest sequoïas in the world. It was 1300 years old. The entrance was fantastic. Above the stairs in the hall, we looked at Darwin's statue. In the room of the birds, we saw a stuffed dodo, an extinct bird. It was very strange for a bird ! On the left of the room, we saw a skeleton of a Megatherium americanum, a big mammal, it was awesome. In the « Creepy crawlies » room, Art and I saw an ant house and ants but they were the only living animals in the room. Too bad! In the mineral gallery and The Vault we saw an enormous collection of minerals. The museum has got an enormous collection of diamonds : 315, it's the biggest collection of diamonds in the world and each diamond is a different color. It's magnificent !

Hi! Welcome to our blog! We are going to tell you about a great trip: Axelle and I went to London...

In november, we went to London and we saw lots monuments. We went to the Royal Observatory in Greewhich and after that we ate our picnic, it was not very good.

We walked across the park and we are arrived at Greenwich Pier. We arrived finally in front of a huge boat! We decided to take the boat. When we boarded the boat Dorine nearly fell in the water! It was so funny!

We sat in the front of the boat with Tess and Dorine, Axelle and the cruise began! The scenery was so pretty. At the end we saw the big buildings and the famous bridge: Tower Bridge. Axelle and me took lots pretty pictures. The bridge was blue and white. The cruise lasted 30 minutes. Then we left Tower Pier to go and visit the Tower of London. heartlaugh
